About Eggless Waffles Recipe

My family loves to enjoy pancakes and waffles for breakfast. Fluffy and crisp, these eggless waffles are delicious when served with syrups like honey or maple syrup, mixed fruit or jam, or even whipped cream and chocolate flakes.

Adapted from my Eggless Pancakes Recipe, these waffles are both quick and easy to make. Best of all, this eggless waffle recipe is very easy to customize.

  • To make sweet waffles, you can always add more sugar.
  • You can even skip adding sugar for sugar-free waffles.
  • For a healthier variation, add jaggery or coconut sugar or palm sugar.
  • Served with some jam, like strawberry, fig, mango, or mixed fruit jam.
  • Top with whipped cream or syrups, like honey, maple syrup, dates syrup, or jaggery syrup.
  • Make it a treat by using honey or chocolate! If you prefer honey, remember to pour it on the waffles when they become warm. For chocolate lovers, drizzle some chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce on the waffles and enjoy!

Store any leftovers in the fridge for 1 day only. Store the waffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
